Background
We saw 2010 in the sustained stable development and the
bottom semiconductor industry recovery situation. The first
decade of the new century, China's semiconductor industry
and market made astounding advances, and overcame the
serious impact of global financial crisis. 2010 is the last
year for the 11th five-year plan, from next year; China will
come into effect with the 12th five-year plan. So this
year's work is more onerous, people have more expectations
to it.
The semiconductor industry is the key industry of the
national economy, information technology, energy saving,
national defense and security. To reflect industry
characteristics, from this year named “China International
Semiconductor Exhibition ＆ Summit”, the logo remains
unchanged.
IC China has become a grand event of semiconductor industry
both home and abroad, it covered domestic and world renowned
companies on design, manufacturing, packaging and device
materials of IC field. As visitors and participants
increased year by year, the event has become a platform for
exchanging and communicating ideas for industrial insiders.
We will fully display the achievements of China
semiconductor industry and looking for the next five-year
development of the industry. Inviting domestic and foreign
enterprises focus industries’" Collaborative Innovation,
conformity optimization”. Lock industry hot topics of
concern, hold interactive seminars, seek business
opportunities in IC China’s platform.
In Oct. 2010, IC China 2010 will be held spontaneously with
eMEX in Suzhou. It will bring more business opportunities
for exhibitors and buyers.

Exhibit Profile
IC design and products, IC designing tools and services,
integrated device manufacturing, foundry, packaging and
testing, semiconductor equipment and parts, semiconductor
materials, environmental control and cleaning technology, IC
application and solution, semiconductor light and electrical
devices, semiconductor devices and IC product marketing and
services, photovoltaic solar energy product as well as LED
technology and related products; semiconductors and related
products marketing services; and flat panel display,
automotive electronics, etc.
The Summit
1. The summit remains one of the highlights in IC China, on
which occasion government officials, decision-makers from
domestic and oversees companies, and specialists will gather
together to discuss and exchange ideas on global
semiconductor industry’s development as well as new
technologies and hot topics of enterprises.
2. Seminars will focus on “IC design and products”, “the
industrial chain building”, “Power device”, “LED Devices”,
“Energy-saving technology and application” and “Industry
integration”.
3. On-site conferences
Events such as technology and product promotion conferences
and investment solicitation presentations will be arranged
in on-site meeting rooms.

1. Registered before June 1, 2010
Quality raw space (red area): 1500 RMB/m2 (≥54 sqm)
Ordinary raw space (yellow area): 850RMB/㎡.( ≥36 sqm）

Favorable conditions
To thank all exhibitors for your strong support for IC
China, the organizer, with the mission of “serving all
companies”, offers the following favorable conditions for
exhibitors of IC China 2010:
1. Booth fee discount (repeated discount is allowable)
1）Member companies of China Semiconductor Association and IC
China repear exhibitors will be offered a 10% booth fee
discount.
2）Exhibitors who bring real products will be offered a 10%
booth fee discount.
3）Exhibitors whose booth space surpass 36 sqm will be offer
a 10% booth fee discount; Those whose exhibits are large
equipment will be offered a 15% discount.
2. Visitor’s Statistics
Exhibitors who coincide with the following conditions could
ask for IC China visitor’s statistics (free of charge) from
the organizer.
1）Those who have accumulatively participated in IC China
four times(including IC China 2010);
2）Those who have continuously participated in IC China 3
times or more (including IC China 2010);
3）Those who have continuously participated in IC China twice
(IC China 2009 and 2010) and have booked a stand with over
36 sqm.
3、On-site meeting rooms
Exhibitors whose exhibiting space covers 18 sqm or more will
be offered a free chance to hold a enterprise, product,
technology or investment solicitation presentation in the
on-site meeting rooms
Advertising campaign
To meet the exhibitors display and overall brand promotion,
we offer the advertisements on the catalogue, Pavilion site
advertising and other forms of advertising options for your
choice，For details, please see Annex I: Advertising Program
Exhibition management
Registration: Please fill in the
application form and fax to the organizers.
Booth fee payment: Within 15 days after
submitting the application form, 50% of the overall stand
fee shall be remitted as the deposit, and the remaining
payment shall be remitted within 15 days after receiving the
booth confirmation. If such fees are not paid within the
prescribed time limit，organizers will not retain its booth.
How to exhibit?
1. Time for application: from Jan. 1, 2009 to full
registration.
2.Exhibitors have to guarantee that all exhibits and
promotion materials will not in any means violate the third
party’s trademark, copyright, design, brand name or patent;
if violation occurs, exhibitors shall shoulder related
consequences and legal responsibilities, the organizer and
its agency will have no bearing on it.
3. Exhibits brought by exhibitors shall comply with the
exhibition’s theme and contents, and the organizer has the
right to refuse exhibitors whose exhibits do not comply with
the exhibiting contents or require exhibitors to remove
exhibits, promotion materials and other articles that
violate exhibition contents and seal up the stand
immediately. All losses shall be born by the exhibitor. If
it even damages the exhibition’s image, the organizer has
the right to demand compensation.
4. Standard booth includes: 9 sqm stand and related
facilities(including three white walls, displaying board in
Chinese and English, carpet, 2 spot lights, 2 chairs, 1
reception desk, 1 waste basket, 1 socket(220v/5A)).
Exhibition fees:

6.Stand arrangement: stands will be arranged according to
the application order, and the final arrangement will come
into effect after receiving the required stand fee. In
special cases, the organizer has the right to adjust the
final stand arrangement.
7.Application requirement: manufacturers of the official
exhibits could exhibit in the exhibition.
8.Exhibitor’s contact information:
（1）Please provide truthful mailing address as we will send
important documents such as invoice via mail.
（2）Please provide two valid E-mail addresses and keep it
unblocked as all notices will be sent through E-mail.
9.Exhibition withdrawal: Withdrawal before June 30, 10% will
be deducted from the payment as penal sum; withdrawal
between July 1 and August 31 will be deducted 20% as penal
sum; withdrawal between September 1 and October 21 will be
deducted all stand fees as penal sum. In special cases that
exhibitors request to remit stand fees after the exhibition,
a certificate explaining the payment delay reason with the
official stamp will be required to submit to the organizer
before the exhibition.
10.Responsibilities and consequences of infringement or
suspected infringement of exhibits and on-site illustrations
shall be bore by the exhibitors themselves.
Payment requirements:
1）Within 15 days after submitting the application form, 50%
of the overall stand fee shall be remitted as the deposit,
and the remaining payment shall be remitted within 15 days
after receiving the booth confirmation.
2）Those who submit application forms after Aug. 1, 2009
shall remit the lump-sum payment.
